Camel launched new cigarette brand in Russia

JTI Company launched new Camel cigarettes brand in Russia. Press-secretary of this company declared recently about that, said journalist of “Rustbelt - Petersburg”.

It will launch new Camel Natural Flavor premium classic cigarettes at the factory “Pedro” in Sank Petersburg. The maximum retail price for new cigarette brand will be 37 rubles. According to press-secretary of JTI Company, “to promote the new cigarettes brand of JTI was spent several millions dollars”.

Press-secretary explains that “now, the company is starting to distribute cigarettes as retail, but for the next month they will start product advertising in news media, in metro and other classical marketing schemes.”

This new product for Russia, it is produced already in 25 countries. Designers of this cigarettes brand say it is an innovative project which is produced from whole tobacco leaf, without aromatic additives.

I remind that JT International is an international department of Japan Tobacco Inc. which is one of the biggest international tobacco companies (with headquarters in Tokyo). It holds 3 place by volume of production and tobacco sales (8% of world market).
